We experienced a really good service from our first initial contact with the venue until the last session of our 8-month programme. Our requests for specific arrangements were always met and accommodated and we found every staff member we dealt with very welcoming and helpful. Our participants were always made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much bother for any of the staff. We were able to run a really good and enjoyable event due to the service we received, which led to a fantastic experience for everyone involved in the programme.
